Book "Street Wave"

Task: To create a documentary research book about street art in St. Petersburg.

This book provides a basic understanding of street art for those who don’t understand anything about it. I would like to.

In the first part, I collected 13 articles from various experts. From different sides they reveal the meaning of street art, the reasons for its appearance, the history of its occurrence and the opinions of several key artists in Russia.

The second and third parts consist of my research in St. Petersburg. I selected and identified 5 city objects of different scales and purposes: from a pedestrian crossing to an entire residential building. And I recorded all the works of street artists on them. For the book I took about 5,000 photographs. Of these, 3000 were selected and processed for the pages of the book.

On the cover, the buyer may come across any letter of the Russian, Latin alphabet or number.
